Model / Type: Lowrider “bent” springer fork with cage/wing support bars
Wheel Size: 26"
Color / Finish: Gold (show finish; steel underneath)
Brand: Original Lowrider
Steerer
Type: 1" threaded
Outer diameter (OD): 25.4 mm (1.000") — standard 1" headset
Quill/stem inner diameter (ID): 22.2 mm (0.874") — fits 22.2 mm quill stems
Total steerer length: 195 mm (7.68")
Threaded length: 109 mm (4.29")
Thread spec (typical for this fork): 1" x 24 TPI (BSC/ISO)
Crown race seat (typical for Taiwanese lowrider forks): ≈27.0 mm (JIS). Some headsets use 26.4 mm (ISO). Verify your crown race before pressing.
Axle / Dropouts
Axle slot size: 3/8" (9.53 mm)
Front hub spacing (typical): 100 mm OLN standard for cruisers/lowriders
Fork Legs / Geometry
Style: “Bent” lowrider legs with spring crown — stretched look
Offset/Rake (typical for this pattern): approx 45–60 mm (varies slightly by batch)
Axle-to-crown (effective, typical on 26" springers): approx 365–385 mm measured to springer plate (visual stance is “long/low”). Measure your exact unit if you need precision for geometry.
Suspension Crown
Spring-suspended top crown with coil spring and rocker hardware; primarily for style/comfort (show springer, not a performance fork)
Decorative Support Bars
Style: Bird-Cage Wing Square Twisted (show bars / struts)
Length: 22-1/4" (22.25" = 565.15 mm tip-to-tip)
Material: Steel, gold finish to match fork
Material (fork + hardware): Steel (crown, legs, struts, hardware)
Tire / Fender Clearance (typical)
Fits 26 x 1.75 – 26 x 2.125 tires comfortably on most cruiser rims. Very balloon tires may be tight under the bent arch—check before riding.
Fender mounting is common on these: expect a single center fender hole under the spring perch or on the lower brace, plus strut mounting via the twisted bars. Verify hole positions on your exact fork.
Brake Compatibility
No disc mount. No cantilever/V-brake posts.
Use coaster brake rear wheel or front caliper brake via springer brake plate (the flat add-on bracket that spans the rockers). These plates are usually sold separately and require a long-reach caliper for 26".
Finish Notes
Gold is a decorative coating over steel (varies by batch: plating, anodic coating, or high-polish gold tone). Expect normal small finish variations at welds/edges.
Fork assembly with spring crown, bent legs, and bird-cage wing square-twisted struts
Crown hardware and springer linkages as pictured
Headset, stem, brake plate, axle nuts, and fender hardware are NOT included.
Frame standard: 1" threaded head tube.
Headset: Choose a 1" x 24 TPI threaded headset that matches your crown race seat (most of these forks are JIS 27.0 mm). If your headset race is ISO 26.4 mm, swap to a 27.0 mm race or choose an ISO-seat fork.
Head tube length: You get 109 mm of threads. Your head tube + headset stack height must be ≤ 109 mm to fully engage the locknut. Typical threaded headset stack is 35–45 mm, so this fork comfortably fits many 60–70 mm head tubes; taller head tubes can still fit because some unthreaded steerer remains below the threads—measure your frame:
Required threaded engagement ≈ head-tube length + headset stack height + locknut thickness (leave a few mm of safety thread above the locknut).
Stem: 22.2 mm quill with 25.4 mm (1") handlebar clamp is the common cruiser combo.
Wheel: 26" front wheel with 3/8" axle and 100 mm spacing.
Brake: If you want a front rim brake, add a springer brake plate + long-reach caliper; otherwise run a rear coaster only.
